This type of product will be operated at the fields of the customer in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district.

November 12-15, 2019, the 25th International industrial exhibition «Metal-Expo» was held in the 75th pavilion of VDNH. This largest industry annual event attracted more than 500 exponents from 34 countries: Austria, Germany, Italy, China, etc. More than 30,000 people visited the exhibition.

TH KSP STEEL has confidently entered the number of major active market participants, whose achievements attract the most attention. This year the number of visitors to our stand exceeded all expectations, during the exhibition more than 1000 business meetings and negotiations were held. Specialists of all leading areas of the company's activity worked with partners and clients, new plans were developed, strategic ways of development were discussed.

Q3 2019 TH KSP Steel fulfilled its obligations of the pipe products shipment (casing) for PAO LUKOIL affiliates in full and timely:

OOO LUKOIL-Komi, ООО LUKOIL-Western Siberia and ООО RITEK, scope of shipment - 7,100 tons.

We are sure that timely and regular shipments will make us even a more reliable partner for PAO LUKOIL and provide the key customer with high-quality pipe products.

Participants – both ferroalloys consumers from Russia, CIS, and Europe and manufacturers and suppliers of basic ferroalloys from Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Europe.

KSP Stee lTrading House took part in the 24^th International industrial exhibition Metall-Expo-2018 that took place on November 13 through 16, at VDNKh, Moscow.

TH booth hosted dozens of meetings with the current and potential customers of KSP Steel products including pipe products for different purposes - first of all, pipes for oil and gas industry, ferroalloys and long products.

In order to meet customer needs to a fuller extent, the mill constantly takes organizational and technical measures to improve the products quality, expand the assortment, and introduce new standards.

Based on results of participation in the largest metallurgical exhibition, Trading House created a significant reserve for strengthening cooperation with the existing partners as well as expanding geography and range of supplies of the mill products.

Implementation of a long-term strategy to strengthen positions in the market of suppliers of ferroalloys demands from KSP Steel Trading House to regularly check the clock when communicating with the customers and partners. The 4^th International conference CIS Ferroalloy Markets 2018, held in Tbilisi on September 20-21, 2018, provided an opportunity to discuss trends and current changes in this market. The communication platform made it possible to determine the contours and outline trends for development of an important direction in Trading House business. Participation in the conference contributed to maintaining existing partnerships as well as expanding geography of supplies of ferroalloys to CIS countries markets.

Trading House has begun to fulfill an order for supply of 3,500 tons of seamless corrosion-resistant oil and gas line pipes to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Pipes are intended for SP502 - DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTH KEMACHI DEPOSITS project. The customer is a large international oilfield services company. Trading House purposefully pursues a policy of expanding its presence in Central Asia markets. In addition to pipes, ferrosilicon produced by OOO KSP Steel for Uzmetkombinat is also supplied to the republic.

Development of new gas and oil production centers on Yamal Peninsula, in the shelf of the Arctic seas, in Eastern Siberia, in the Far East and difficult climatic conditions provides for the use of a new generation of equipment demanding new types of high-strength pipes. Production and use of the new type of pipes made from high-strength steel requires development and testing of new solutions in the metal science, development of new technologies in steelmaking and pipe rolling. Currently, OOO KSP Steel has mastered the industrial production of casing and tubing of Q125 strength group. Positive feedback was received on quality of the new type of product from both Russian and foreign companies.

During the XIII Annual conference Oil and Gas Industry Procurements NEFTEGAZSNAB-2018 held on March 15 in Intercontinental Hotel, Moscow, the results of the year were traditionally summed up. According to 2017 results, KSP Steel was recognized as the best foreign supplier of oil and gas pipes assortment. The survey involved the largest Russian oil and gas companies, such as PAO Rosneft, PAO LUKOIL, PAO NK RussNeft, PAO Tatneft, PAO ANK Bashneft, PAO NOVATEK and others. The survey results once again confirmed reputation of our company as a reliable supplier and impeccable quality of our products!

Within the period from October 2017 to January 2018, tests were carried out on balls manufactured by TOO KSP Steel with a diameter of 40 mm of hardness group 2 made according to CT TO 070341015761-010-2012 in mills of the ЧВД Ш-25А boilers. Geometry, wear and tear, and other indicators correspond to requirements of regulatory documentation, and according to CT TO 070341015761-010-2012, TOO KSP Steel products are recommended for use at Kemerovo CHP Power Station, instead of the ones per GOST 7524-2015, and in other similar mills.

Milling steel balls from ТОО KSP Steel are ever more sought for by consumers of this type of products – companies from mining and gold-mining industry.

Tests performed by Test-Expert laboratory have once again proven quality of milling balls which is confirmed Certificate of Conformity with the current version of GOST 7524-2015.

Certificate issued according to Regulations of Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency is valid till June 2020 and enables expansion of the list of customers that require high-quality products.

KSP Steel Trading House has once again demonstrated its ultimate reliability as a supplier.

During the recent years TH KSP Steel has been consistently increasing volume of shipments of pipe products to the Russia largest consumer of the oil and gas pipe product assortment, i.e. Rosneft.

Acknowledgment of high quality of KSP Steel products and its reliability as a supplier is signing of the long-term five-year agreements between PAO Rosneft and KSP Steel Trading House for the supply of casing and tubing dated June 8, 2017.

Strategic nature of the partnership will contribute to the maximum satisfaction of Rosneft needs for high-quality pipe products.

KSP Steel Trading House has been actively increasing volume of shipments of the piping products to ОАО NK Russneft. During their cooperation, tubing, casing, corrosion-resistant pipes were supplied to the affiliates of ОАО Varyeganeft, ОАО NAK Aki-Otyr, ОАО Saratovneftegaz, ОАО Ulyanovskneft, ООО Tomskaya Neft, ZAO Preobrazhenskneft.

Ø60, strength group 3, pipes were shipped to АО Novoshirokinsky Rudnik (The Zabaikalye Territory), Ø100, strength group 2, to АО ChMEK (Chelyabinsk).

Milling (grinding) balls are the key components of mechanical drum-type mills serving as the milling media. Milling rolled balls are made of steel bars per GOST 7524-89, GOST 7524-2015, СТ ТОО 070341015761-010-2012 with the diameters of Ø40 – 100 mm. Assortment, chemical composition and mechanical properties meet GOST 7524-2015

Milling balls have four hardness grades:

Group 1 – normal hardness, general-duty;
Group 2 – enhanced hardness, general-duty;
Group 3 –hard, for iron ore milling;
Group 4 – ultra-hard, for non-ferrous metals and refractories.

TH KSP Steel shipped the first lots of ferrosilicon from ТОО KSP Steel to Russian market. The customers noted appropriate product quality and prompt delivery. In near future, sales of ferroalloy products are planned to be increased. Customers from CIS and other foreign markets have also shown great interest in the products.

TH KSP Steel took part in the 22^nd International industrial exhibition Metall-Expo'2016. Visitors showed great interest towards the products from ТОО KSP Steel; the company also held negotiations with the current and potential customers. In its turn, TH KSP Steel presented new products to guests of our booth:

• High-pressure boiler pipes per ТУ 14-3Р-55-2001 made of steel grades ст20 and 12Х1МФ. Seamless boiler pipes that meet specifications of ТУ 14-3Р-55-2001, and are used as structural elements of steam pipelines, boilers, heat exchangers as well as other equipment for heating heat carriers. These are designed for operation at high and ultrahigh steam parameters.
• Ferrosilicon per GOST 1415-93. Ferrosilicon is used as deoxidation and alloying additives for casting electrical and technical, spring, corrosion and heat-resistant steels.
• Steel milling balls per GOST 7524-89. Balls are used for milling ores, coal, clinker, and other materials in ball mills.
• Reinforcing Bar per GOST 5781-82

Currently, large-scale production of valuable alloys for production of high-quality steel has been mastered at PF ТОО KSP Steel. Implementation of the industrial and innovative project for production of 30 thousand tons of ferroalloys per year with the total cost of KZT 8 bln. allowed the mill to employ 350 people. The estimated demand for the product by CIS companies alone amounts to approximately 200 thousand tons per annum. KSP Steel Trading House is the official representative of ТОО KSP Steel in Russia including sales of ferroalloys.

FYI: Ferroalloys are alloys of iron with other elements (Cr, Si, Mn, Ti, etc.) that are mainly used for deoxidation and alloying of steel (for nexample, ferrochrome, ferrosilicon). Some alloys containing iron as admixtures only (silicocalcium, silicomanganese, etc.) can also be included to the ferroalloys group as well as some metals and non-metals (Mn, Cr, Si) with minimum content of admixtures.

As a result of cooperation with OOO Samara ITC, line pipes made of 13ХФА microalloyed steel, Ø60-273 mm, produced by TOO KSP Steel, were successfully certified according to ТУ 1317-008-78827746-2015 for the development of Rosneft fields. Positive conclusion was obtained on quality of the products used at facilities with highly acid and other aggressive media. Work is also planned to expand the grade guide of corrosion-resistant steels for Rosneft needs.

Over 15,000 tons were shipped in the first half of 2016 which significantly exceeds the figures for the same period of 2015. Our company has successfully delivered tubing, casing and oil line pipes for the winter delivery company despite abnormally warm spring. New direction in cooperation has also been opened - pipes with internal protective coating.

Rosneft is Russian oil and gas company with 69.5% of its shares belonging to the state. It is the world largest public company in terms of oil production volume. The company operates major production enterprises in Western and Eastern Siberia, Timan–Pechora, Central Russia, southern European part of Russia and in the Far East.

ООО KSP Steel Trading House is engaged in sales of pipe products for needs of PAO ANK Bashneft and its subsidiaries. In 2015, KSP Steel shipped over 5 thousand tons of pipes for various purposes to PAO ANK Bashneft including tubing, casing and oil-and-gas line pipes. For the first quarter of 2016, deliveries of over 4,000 tons of pipe products were contracted, and active work is ongoing to increase the delivery volume.

PAO ANK Bashneft is one of the most rapidly developing vertically integrated oil companies in Russia. Its major activities include exploration and production of oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemicals production as well as sales of products.

The event was held on November 10 through 13 at VDNKh in Moscow. Over 500 companies participated this year.

KSP Steel Trading House participates in the exhibition for the second year in a row since its foundation. Customers interest to Trading House and plant products increases as does the sales geography. Sales are expected to increase in 2016.

Based on Metall-Expo results, KSP Steel Trading House was awarded the best exposition prize from the organizers.

ООО KSP Steel Trading House actively develops deliveries of pipes to the oil and gas industry companies. Under the contract won by Trading House, it will deliver about 3,000 tons of conventional pipes as well as tubing for ОАО Gazprom needs.

From this January up to now, ООО Trading House KSP Steel has finished shipment of the pipes lot with the total volume over 1,900 tons. The remaining products will be delivered by the end of 2015.

KSP Steel Trading House carries out shipments for ОАО NK Rosneft needs. According to the contract, KSP Steel will ship over 7,000 tons of pipes for different purposes including tubing, casing and line pipes. Currently the products are actively shipped since the entire volume has to be shipped by the end of 2015.

Under the contract with ОАО Lukoil for deliveries for the current oil producing fields, ООО KSP Steel Trading House has started shipment of seamless hot-deformed pipes of oil and gas assortment from ТОО KSP Steel, Pavlodar, for Q2 2015г. From January to March 2015 our company shipped total of 3,000 tons of tubing and casing for ОАО Lukoil needs for Q1 2015. Timeliness of delivery and quality of the pipe products made it possible for Customer to implement the projects, planned for the 1st Q of 2015, in due time.
